I work exclusively with QuickBooks® Online. I have many years of experience with QuickBooks® Desktop, which can be helpful if you're transitioning to QuickBooks® Online. If you need ongoing Desktop support, I'm happy to refer you to someone who specializes in that.

If a Bookkeeping Reset is needed, that's a short-term project that typically takes anywhere from about 6 weeks to a few months, depending on how much cleanup is involved. Guided Bookkeeping Oversight is designed as a 3-month engagement, with the option to continue for ongoing support. We take it step by step based on what you need — there's no long-term commitment beyond that.

Not much. We'll meet on Zoom, where you'll share your screen and we'll walk through your QuickBooks® Online file together in real time. I'll guide you through everything. You don't need to prepare anything complicated ahead of time. If there's something specific you've been stuck on, feel free to mention it when we meet.

No. I only see what's in your QuickBooks® Online file, your transactions, and how things have been recorded there. I won't have access to your bank login or your actual bank accounts.

Yes. I often work alongside clients' CPAs or tax preparers to help make things easier on both sides. While they focus on tax strategy and filings, I help with the day-to-day QuickBooks® Online questions and make sure everything is clear and organized.

It depends on the service. The QuickBooks® Online CheckUp is paid in full when you book. For larger projects or ongoing support, payment may be structured over time.
